How long it takes
- United Kingdom. Next business day on Aurora. 3 to 7 business days on all other devices.
- European Union. 2 to 4 business days.
- United States & Canada. 5 to 7 business days.
- Rest of the world. 5 to 10 business days.
Cut-off for same day dispatch is 3pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that ship the next working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Duties and import fees
We pre-pay duties and import fees on every international order, so the price shown at checkout is the final price. No surprise charges at the door.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse. The tracking link updates within 24 hours of dispatch.
If your tracking has not updated in 48 hours, or if a delivery attempt has failed, drop us a line at hello@lumora.com and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Delays and lost packages
If your order has not arrived within ten business days of dispatch for UK or EU orders, or twenty business days for international, contact us. We will investigate with the courier and either replace the device or refund in full, your choice.
Address changes
We can change a delivery address up to the moment the order ships. After that the address is locked by the courier. Email us as soon as you spot the error and we will do what we can.
